Many people fail to lose weight because they simply don’t know the right way to go about it. They start out enthusiastically, eat too little, cut out essential food groups (e.g. fats), and exercise too much too soon. What is Forever FIT?
Forever FIT is a guided weight loss program that takes the guesswork out of losing weight. Designed by professional fitness experts, Forever FIT tells you exactly what to do every step of the way from what and how much to eat to how much to exercise
Forever FIT consists of 3 parts (any of which can be repeated if desired):
Step 1: Cleanse – Clean 9 (C9)
As the name suggests, this first phase is a cleanse (or “Detox”) that helps to rid your body of chemicals and preservatives you have accumulated over the years by eating processed foods, fast foods, and junk foods. Clean 9 lasts 9 days and is a sort of boot camp to kick-off your weight loss program.
Step 2: Fitness – Forever FIT (F15)
This next phase picks up where Clean 9 leaves off. This second phase is now further divided into 3 sub-phases – F15 Beginner, F15 Intermediate, and F15 Advanced. If you are new to weight loss and fitness, you will want to start with F15 Beginner which will start you off with a basic fitness program. When you feel you are ready for a more intense fitness program, you can move up to Intermediate and subsequently Advanced.
Since everyone is different and moves along at a difference pace, each F15 pack is a 15-day program which makes it easier for you to tailor to your own personal fitness level or needs. If you feel after 15 days that you still need to stay with the Beginner program, you can repeat it as often as needed until you feel ready to move onto the next level.
Step 3: Maintain – Vital 5 (V5)
This final and (hopefully permanent) phase will help you maintain your healthy eating and exercising habit and lifestyle. At this point, you should be ready to continue on your own fitness regimen with the help of the Vital 5 Pack which contains supplements to help you keep you on track.
If you ever feel the need, you can go back and repeat any of the previous Clean 9 or F15 phases as needed to lose more weight or re-establish a fitness routine.
