Forever FIT consists of 3 parts (any of which can be repeated if desired):
As the name suggests, this first phase is a cleanse/detox that helps to rid your body of chemicals and preservatives you have accumulated over the years by eating processed foods, fast foods, and junk foods. Clean 9 lasts 9 days and is a sort of boot camp to kick-off your weight loss program.
This next phase picks up where Clean 9 leaves off. FIT 1, which lasts 30 days, teaches you how to eat and exercise for successful weight loss. If you have a lot of weight to lose, you could repeat FIT 1 until you feel that you are close enough to your goal to start working on building lean muscle.
This final phase (also 30 days) teaches you how to build lean muscle, which is key to maintaining your fitness level. By the time you have finished FIT 2, you will have been on the program for 69 days, enough time to have made healthy eating and exercising a habit and lifestyle. At this point, you should be ready to continue on your own, but if you feel that you still need the structure of the program to meet your fitness goals, you can repeat any of the phases as you see fit.
